Refund & Cancellation Policy
To provide you with the best quality of work and experience, we have established a considerate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
All our Projects start with a complete analysis and plan. Doing this makes sure that both the parties completely understand the work requirements and thus eliminates the potentials for Cancellation, Reversals or Disputes in Project.
Refund Policies
We plan out every project and divide it into milestones. Due to the time spent to achieve each milestone and complete every module it is not possible to refund for the work already done.
If there is an event of termination of a project on a mutual basis, then the client has control of the completed work. In this case, any payment for further development will become void and no previous payment or deposit would be refunded.
- Once the Client approves mock-up designs and we start working on the development phase of the project, then no payment will be refunded, there will be no partial refund for the project (mid-way phase) too.
Cancellation Policies
None of our Digital Marketing Package is Refundable, but if you (the client) want to cancel the package then you will have to give a written notice 30 days in advance.
